Temporary Sales Floor Opportunities at Next

We are currently seeking Support Team Members to assist us in providing an exceptional customer experience during our busiest period. As a Support Team Member, you will be working on the sales floor, helping customers find the perfect products and ensuring a great shopping experience.

About the Role:

  • Deliver fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them navigate our store and find what they need.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
  • Take ownership of your development and contribute to the success of the store team.

About You:

  • You are a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You are excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced role.
  • You are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.

  • You are happy to work on your own and take initiative to achieve performance targets.
