About the Role

This Technical Systems Engineer position is a critical role within the Latino Community Credit Union's IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for our Windows systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex systems and application platforms, applying root cause operation break fixes and proactive maintenance activities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows systems, applications, and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and/or 4-years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience as a supporting system administration
  • Experience with Active Directory Technologies, M365 Admin solutions
  • In-Depth understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, hardware components, and software applications
  • Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
