We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Clevedon, North Somerset. As a key member of our Manufacturing Systems Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing cells and optimize existing ones.
  • Implement and maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Specify and purchase tooling and equipment to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
