The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for servers, storage, and associated technologies, as well as implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in infrastructure management, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions
