About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Play Experience Activity Centre team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break for our guests.

You'll work on all aspects of our Play Experience Activity Centre, covering reception bookings, serving snacks and drinks in the cafe, guiding guests through our escape rooms, laser tag, mini golf, and interactive bar games. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

We have a range of part-time and full-time roles available, with typical working hours covering a minimum of 24 hours per week. Shifts are available between 7am and 10pm, with additional hours required during peak periods.

This role requires you to be aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a warm, friendly manner. If you're a team player who enjoys trying new things and chatting to lots of different people, we'd love to hear from you.

No experience is necessary, as we'll provide training to help you develop the skills you need to succeed in this role. However, if you do have previous experience, we'd be happy to hear from you too.
