We're seeking an experienced professional for the role of Agile Framework Lead. This position is based in Manchester and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you'll contribute to designing a bespoke agile operating model and help solve systematic problems with operationalization in a structured manner. You'll facilitate the implementation of long-term strategy across the organization and support iterative development of BNY's change policies, framework, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as an Agile SME, contributing to the design of a tailored agile rollout plan for LoB/CF.
  • Review and advise on Agile rollout plans for LoB/CF.
  • Participate in and enhance Agile Coach Communities of Practice (COPs).
  • Coach and mentor LoB/CF agile leads, senior managers, and product managers in Lean and scaled-agile mindset, principles, practices, behaviors, and values needed to transform the organization.
  • Champion continuous learning culture to refine BNY's agile operating model, increase knowledge, competence, performance, and innovation across the Enterprise.

Estimated salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per year.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Relevant years of experience, with experience as an Agile Coach, and working directly with multiple agile teams preferred. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other formal software engineering frameworks and practices essential.
