As a Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include supporting clients with their personal outcomes, promoting independence, and providing personalized care through individual choice and control. You will also be responsible for documenting, reporting, and sharing information with relevant stakeholders, as well as connecting people to their communities, accessing local support and services.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £12.50 per hour, with mileage at 45p per mile. Full-time hours are available, and shift pay is offered rather than pay per call. You will also have access to bonus schemes, including up to £300 as a new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, and a £25 birthday gift voucher. Furthermore, you will be entitled to fully funded DBS, paid induction training, and holiday pay accumulating with working hours and length of service.
