We are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Combination Products and Devices R&D, Small Molecules team at Teva.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing needle-based injection devices and other technologies for delivery of medications. Our broad portfolio of both generic and specialty medicines covers various core device types: Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS), pen injectors, and Autoinjectors.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop innovative medical devices and technologies for medication delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device development.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
