We're seeking enthusiastic individuals at the start of their software engineering career to join our development team. This role is the perfect entry point for those passionate about software development and eager to grow in a supportive environment. You'll be working on BEST, our flagship simulation software, while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your engineering skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Complete development tasks according to customer requirements and quality standards
- Engage in problem-solving, coding, and fault-finding activities
- Conduct software testing and create documentation
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports
- Participate in training programs and complete required certifications
- Work collaboratively within an agile development environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software products
