We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Support Worker to join our Estates Engineering Maintenance Services team at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to the smooth running of the hospital and work behind the scenes to keep it operational.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider maintenance team in delivering maintenance programmes that ensure a safe, cost-effective, efficient, and compliant hospital site. The postholder will undertake works relating to the maintenance and repairs of Trust properties, equipment, grounds, and gardens, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, health technical memoranda, trust policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and repairing Trust properties, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are safe and functional.
- Supporting the delivery of maintenance programmes to ensure a compliant and efficient hospital site.
- Working collaboratively with the estates team to identify and address any maintenance-related issues.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a generous annual leave entitlement and access to an excellent pension scheme.
