Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance sales performance.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
