Senior Kitchen Assistant

Are you a skilled Senior Kitchen Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our kitchen team at Signature Pub Group Ltd. This is a full-time, hourly paid position with 35 hours per week and opportunities for overtime. The estimated salary for this role is £30-35 per hour.

About the Role:
This position involves assisting in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. As a Senior Kitchen Assistant, you will contribute to a positive dining experience by providing exceptional meals in a vibrant culinary environment. You will be integral to our kitchen operations, reporting directly to the Exec Chef Team. With core skills in culinary arts and hospitality, you will guide junior staff and enhance our kitchen's efficiency. This role requires occasional travel to our sites in Glasgow, with all travel time paid.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hospitality

* Background in food production and restaurant operations
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant certifications in culinary arts or food safety preferred
