Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at The Biltmore Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Development Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs in delivering high-quality pastries, cakes, and afternoon tea items.
  • Assist in creating and preparing pastry selections for our hotel's culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
