Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Midwifery Team Leader to join our Community Midwifery Team at NHS Fife. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of midwives and maternity care assistants, providing high-quality care to women and their families in the community.
About the Role: As a Midwifery Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of midwives and maternity care assistants, providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to women and their families. You will also be responsible for line management, performance management, and staff development.
About the Team: Our Community Midwifery Team is a dynamic and progressive team that provides continuity of care to women and families during the antenatal and postnatal period. We are a team of experienced midwives and maternity care assistants who are passionate about providing high-quality care to women and their families.
