We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our bar team as a Barback. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, supporting our bartenders in every aspect of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the bar team in the operation of the bar, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Assist the bar manager and other team members as required, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
