Network Automation Engineer Job Description

Quant Capital, a leading fintech company, is seeking a highly skilled Network Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, improving, and supporting a high-performance, resilient, low-latency on-premise network.

The Infrastructure group oversees the management and engineering of the company's global network solutions, including networks, firewalls, servers, and storage. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure efficient deployment and standard configuration management through automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing, improving, and supporting a high-performance, resilient, low-latency on-premise network
  • Maintaining and enhancing infrastructure-as-code
  • Ensuring efficient deployment and standard configuration management through automation
  • Driving down latency through monitoring (e.g., Corvil), testing, and continuous improvements
  • Collaborating with Arista, Fortinet, Cisco, and A10 network devices

Requirements:
  • Corvil CCA/CCE Certificates or equivalent expertise with at least 3-5 years of experience in delivering network projects in latency-controlled environments and minimum 1-3 years of network automation experience
  • A strong commitment to excellence, ongoing training, and professional growth within a dynamic company

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 plus bonus and occasional office presence in London three days a week.
