Company Overview

Luton Bennett is a globally recognised company in the food and catering sector. We are offering a varied role for a QHSE Lead to join our team in London and Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety and compliance across three company sites. This is an operational focused role, and you will work across the production sites. You will work 50:50 between Heathrow and Gatwick and spend one week per month based in Manchester, with flights and accommodation provided by the company.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for compliance – food safety, health and safety, and environmental regulations
  • Undertake HACCP inspections, health and safety inspections, environmental inspections etc.
  • Monitoring KPIs to review trends and implement correction measures where required
  • Feedback to operational managers
  • Conduct customer self-audits, supplier audits, and reviews of customer complaints
  • Monitor microbiological samples and results

Requirements:

  • Experience in a QHSE role
  • HACCP Level 3 certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in the food and catering industry
  • Comfortable travelling between sites
