Description: Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager looking for a new challenge in the world of Marketing Technology? Do you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth?

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our MarTech team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The Role

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40+ client accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. You will have a strong understanding of the MarTech industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Package

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000- £50,000pa, an uncapped bonus/ commission plan, and excellent onboarding and training. You will be part of a dynamic and rapidly-expanding organisation with a strong focus on customer success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of 40+ client accounts
Provide exceptional customer support and identify new business opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Strong understanding of the MarTech industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
