Camp Manager / Deputy Camp Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role in a childcare setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Camp Manager / Deputy Manager to join our team at our award-winning multi-activity day camp.

About the role:

As a Camp Manager / Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the camp.

You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.

The ability to communicate effectively is essential in this position, as you will frequently interact with parents and work closely with the area manager and call centres.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children.

About you:

Over 18 years old

Available to work during the school holidays

UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's

Previous experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team

Desirable to have a level 3 childcare qualification / PGCE

Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm

Can demonstrate a passion for working with children

Have initiative and the ability to work independently

High level of safeguarding awareness

Paediatric first aid is desirable as we offer this as part of our training

These camps operate weekdays only between 8am and 6pm, meaning you will have the weekends off.
