CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a critical member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data centre's electrical systems.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary package, including £51,200 basic salary + shift allowance and a 10% bonus. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including HVAP training, 21 shifts holiday, pension, overtime available, career progression opportunities, birthday voucher, public transport allowance, yearly pay reviews, training (internal and external courses), and free on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance records, including job sheets, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with sub-contractors to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Electrically qualified
- City & Guilds - Level 3 qualification
- Proven experience in building maintenance working
- Good communication and leadership skills
