Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at this 'Good with Outstanding Features' SEND school in North Tyneside. **Responsibilities:**
  • Supporting teaching and learning in a SEND setting
  • Leading small group and 1:1 interventions
  • Assisting pupils with their individual needs, including personal care
  • Contributing to behaviour management
  • Liaising with staff and parents

**Requirements:**
  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
