About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing operational tasks, managing cash and asset flows, and ensuring effective communication to maintain high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments across various financial products.
- Manage cash and asset flows through the use of internal and external payment transfer systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily tasks.
- Own key operational processes within the operations domain.
- Identify and resolve technical issues using a variety of workflows and collaborative applications.
Requirements:
- Domain knowledge in financial services and payment processing.
- Experience with established platforms and payment systems.
- Ability to switch contexts and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical build interest and ability to operate in a tech-focussed environment.
