As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting residential care staff, managing care plans, activities, and daily routines, and ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support Residential Care Staff: Provide guidance and support to residential care staff to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to children and young people.
- Manage Care Plans, Activities, and Daily Routines: Develop and implement care plans, activities, and daily routines that meet the needs of children and young people, and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.
- Ensure Compliance with CQC and Safeguarding Regulations: Ensure that all aspects of the residential care service comply with CQC and safeguarding regulations, and that all staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care (or equivalent): You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care, or equivalent.
- 1+ Years' Experience in a Residential Care Setting: You must have at least 1 year's experience working in a residential care setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Car Driver Required: You must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car.
