About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our EU Large Customer Sales team. As a trusted advisor to collaborators, you will translate business needs into clear project requirements that inform scalable and repeatable initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape to drive long-term growth for our EU LCS advertising business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to collaborators, translating business needs into clear project requirements.
  • Oversee the development and expansion of select strategic initiatives within high-growth areas of the business.
  • Develop and implement programs, tools, and analytics to increase sales productivity.
  • Plan, design, and oversee the tactical execution of key initiatives, building and managing a roadmap to achieve results.
  • Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers within leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
