About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic chef to join our team as a Roving Chef. As a Roving Chef, you will be responsible for supporting our existing pubs and new pub openings in the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting kitchen operations in multiple locations
• Assisting with new pub openings and training staff
• Deputizing for Head Chefs as needed
• Helping to drive food culture and engagement with customers
• Supporting team members with their development and growth

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at sous or senior sous chef level
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
