About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Health and Safety Expert to join our team as a Higher Education Risk Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of health and safety and risk management consultancy services to our clients in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments and formulate risk management strategies to ensure the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors.
• Develop and deliver training events on various health and safety topics to promote a culture of safety within our client institutions.
• Analyze claims information statistically and generate detailed analytical reports to help our clients mitigate risks and reduce liabilities.
• Assist in crafting regular guidance materials for our clients to support their health and safety initiatives.
• Operate and update internal administrative client management and reporting systems to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You:
• NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or equivalent) and experience in Higher Education Risk Management and Health and Safety Practices.
• Familiarity with legal liability principles and processes, as well as excellent communication and report writing skills.
• A flexible mindset and ability to adapt to new information and ideas, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
