We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven Holidays in Norfolk. As a Security Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the premises and conduct regular perimeter patrols to prevent and detect any security breaches.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, manage and diffuse confrontations, and keep detailed records of all incidents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assist with inquiries, check guest passes, and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required.
