Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding PaymentGenes' presence in the UK by driving sales and business growth. This individual will lead the entire sales process, develop strategic partnerships, and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy for PaymentGenes in the UK.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with fintechs, remittance companies, and financial institutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and explore opportunities to improve PaymentGenes' offerings.
  • Coordinate service roll-outs and align them with market-specific regulations.
  • Attend industry events, generate leads, and maintain sales reports.
  • Provide feedback to management and adjust strategies based on market insights.
  • Ensure client retention, satisfaction, and resolve issues through effective communication.
  • Track industry trends and convey customer needs to the support team.
Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, with a focus on B2B sales in remittance or payment service providers (PSPs).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong CRM, customer, and market skills, with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish as an advantage.
