Empowering Learning Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at our lovely primary school in Hayes.

About the Role:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators to provide individualized support to students.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, promoting the well-being and academic success of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, adapting to the needs of students with mild SEND requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social-emotional learning and academic growth.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid DBS on the update service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
