About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Dining Manager to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

As an Executive Dining Manager, you will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be accountable for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in customer service excellence, be focused on the front line, and have proven experience as a team leader. Self-motivation and the ability to work well unsupervised are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Control and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES
