Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Liberty's own-brand ethical trade programme, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage the onboarding and auditing of new suppliers, including scheduling audits and processing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assess audits and assign ratings to issues, engaging with suppliers on remediation and maintaining a schedule of re-audits and follow-up audits.

Other CSR-Related Activities
  • Represent the business in external multi-stakeholder forums such as the ETI, contributing to the ongoing development and gap analysis of Liberty's Ethical Trade strategy.
  • Support with wider CSR objectives, including environmental regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc activities in support of our charity partner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within ethical trade/CSR/Sustainability, with a strong understanding of factory audit and remediation processes.
  • Excellent communication and data management skills, with the ability to collate information for accurate reporting.
