We are seeking a full-time relief pharmacist to join our established team across the Brighton & East Sussex area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a Relief Pharmacist, providing expert care and advice to customers and patients across a range of pharmacies. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering pharmacy services with excellence and ensuring customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Building the pharmacy capability of store teams and conducting continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment.

You will be stationed across 2-3 stores maximum, with a strong, dedicated planning team presenting your rota to you at least 6 weeks in advance.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  • Conducting audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A professional, caring character and a true desire to help others.
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals.
