About Your Role

You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our team to deliver engaging gymnastics programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels. Your passion for teaching and expertise in gymnastics will be essential in motivating and instructing students, while your positive energy and enthusiasm will help create a fun and supportive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver gymnastics programs that cater to various age groups and skill levels.
  • Work with customers in groups and one-on-one to motivate and instruct them during lessons.
  • Collaborate with the Head Gymnastics Coach to prepare engaging and fun lesson plans.
  • Build trust, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their potential.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe facility, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
