About the Role

Grosvenor Casino, London Rialto, is seeking a skilled Cashier to manage the finances of the club, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance with gambling regulations. As a key member of the cash desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain thorough records, and support the head cashier in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the cash desk
  • Living the company's values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Collaborating with the cash desk and wider casino team
  • Complying with company procedures and regulations
  • Supporting cash or asset counts and maintaining accurate records
  • Reporting to the head cashier

Requirements

  • PFL license or ability to apply for one
  • Numeracy skills and ability to manage large sums of cash
  • Experience in a cashier or accounts role (ideal but not essential)
  • Understanding of legislation related to the cash desk function
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Additional Information

Casino experience is preferred, and the position is based in a busy West End Casino in London. The pay rate is competitive, with opportunities for tips.
