We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our Cheltenham gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence
- Deliver commercial performance and operational excellence
- Recruit, train, and develop a team to achieve success
Requirements:
- Experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry
- Passionate about customer service and inspirational leadership
- Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Experience in driving sales and local marketing activity
