Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced delivery driver to join our team at Dixons Carphone. As a 3.5T Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and installing a range of products to our customers, including washing machines, fridge-freezers, and 4K TVs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Installation: You will be responsible for delivering and installing products to our customers, ensuring that they are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working order at all times.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: You will need a full UK/EA driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Experience: You will need experience driving a 3.5T vehicle on a regular basis, ideally with multidrop delivery experience.
  • Skills: You will need excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle heavy stock, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
