Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Masters/Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in electronics design, project management, and leadership.
  3. Proficiency in software development using C, C#, and Visual Basic.
  4. Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (STM32, Microchip PIC, NORDIC) and analogue circuitry.
  5. Excellent project management and documentation skills.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary (£60-£75k), plus additional benefits and bonuses, commensurate with experience.
