About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a caring and adaptable individual to join our team as a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with a child who requires additional support, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet their individual needs.
You will be responsible for providing tailored support to the pupil, promoting engagement and independence in classroom activities. You will also collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff to implement and monitor the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, and be adaptable and creative in finding ways to engage and support the child's learning and development.
The salary for this position is £27,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and offers part-time or full-time hours dependent on your availability. We also offer ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
