Job Summary:

  • Undertake site inspections at various stages of residential and commercial projects.
  • Plan checking and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
  • Work on high-risk buildings and adhere to agreed parameters set by the building safety regulator.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Building Control Surveyors to join Elevate Projects Ltd. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of building and fire safety regulations, with experience of working as a building control surveyor and a class 3H registration with the Building Safety Regulator.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
