Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the needs of our clients and candidates.
- Lead a team of recruitment consultants to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and select high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or a comparable level of work-based experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, demonstrating success against targets.
- Proven experience in setting up a new service or penetrating new markets/geographies within an existing service.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiable salary.
- Location: Stockport.
- Hours: 35.
- Holidays: 25 days (plus bank holiday) increasing with length of service.
