Behavioural Guidance Specialist

Academics is committed to providing a supportive learning environment for our students. We are looking for a Behavioural Guidance Specialist to join our team in Chichester.
In this role, you will work closely with students in the classroom, helping them stay focused and motivated. You will also provide guidance during break times and lunch, building strong relationships with students.
This position requires a passion for supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges. The successful candidate will have GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) and be able to work effectively with students of all abilities.
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum is offered for this position, based on experience.
