Job Title:

Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team at Finning International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic action plans to enhance our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve Parts Excellence targets.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement reporting and analytics tools to support business objectives.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of CAT product and systems is a plus.
