About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at voco Grand Central Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Work across all sections of the kitchen to ensure efficient service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Chef De Partie in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant
  • City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
  • Availability to work 40 hours across 5 days per week (including weekends)
  • Flexibility to work across all sections of the kitchen
