About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Enhanced Support Service Mental Health team at HMP Foston Hall. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to residents with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with complex mental health needs, providing individualized care and interventions to promote stability and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement holistic healthcare plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements
  • A registered mental health nurse qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
