About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our Telephone Mortgage area, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional advice and support to our diverse range of customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone mortgage meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide compliant, quality advice on our range of mortgages.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and providing clear and accurate information in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring customers understand the potential financial risks associated with their mortgage choices.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and handling a wide range of mortgage-related enquiries from First Time Buyers to Landlords.
  • Adhering to compliance regulations and accurately documenting all advice provided.

Our Culture:

We pride ourselves on being a supportive and flexible team, with a passion for delivering exceptional advice services and achieving compliance and quality goals. This role is not sales-based, and we do not have sales targets.

Working Arrangements:

We operate flexibly across the hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm. Once you are trained and confident in your role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and our Binley office, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office or 1 full week in 4.
