About the Role

This pivotal position involves leading complex, high-profile tax advisory projects for UK and global clients across various sectors. You will collaborate with a strong team of experts, providing strategic tax solutions in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage corporate tax advisory projects for a portfolio of UK and global clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex tax issues, including international tax planning, M&A transactions, transfer pricing, and tax compliance strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all corporate tax matters.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and development of the tax advisory practice.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant while minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand services to existing and potential clients.
Requirements
  • ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax advisory.
  • Proven expertise in UK corporate tax, with a strong understanding of international tax frameworks.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as transfer pricing, group restructurings, and cross-border tax issues.
  • Experience managing large client portfolios and leading complex tax projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
