**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at TQR Consultancy Ltd in Saltash. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the potential to become a permanent member of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assemble products using general mechanical skills

• Meet production schedules and quality targets by following procedures and work instructions

• Work with intricate small components and maintain a high level of quality

• Familiarize yourself with Quality procedures and Health and Safety guidelines

**Requirements**

• Possess good manual dexterity and an aptitude for using basic hand tools

• Ability to work with verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively with the team

• Previous experience in Assembly/Manufacturing is essential, with a focus on quality and efficiency

• Strong organizational and listening skills, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work

**Working Hours**

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00, Friday: 08:00 to 13:00
