Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Mobile Solutions Engineering team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing FM maintenance services to our clients across Greater London and the M25 area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems across all contracts.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and rectify defects in ventilation systems and associated plant/components.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and out-of-hours activities.
  • Maintain qualifications and up-to-date trade knowledge.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of necessary paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (C&G or equivalent).
  • F-Gas qualified (City and Guilds -11/12 Level or CITB J11/12).
  • Essential experience in AC split systems and/or Chiller systems.
  • Proven track record of building services work or trade-based knowledge in a similar environment.
  • A proactive, flexible, can-do approach.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including IT proficiency.
  • Essential to have good customer service skills.
  • Valid driving license and ability to obtain DBS and government security clearances.
