  • Developing and sustaining collaborative and effective working relationships with colleagues and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and sensitivity when required.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, excellent organisational and IT skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should also be able to develop and sustain collaborative working relationships with colleagues.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance.
