About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Paraplanner to join our team. As a Financial Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to prepare and maintain client files, provide recommendations, and review financial strategies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Verify compliance paperwork
  • Confirm client risk profile
  • Discuss client objectives with Financial Advisers
  • Gather information for financial cash flow forecasts
  • Identify areas for planning
  • Conduct research to find suitable solutions
  • Prepare information for analysis
  • Liaise with client's legal and tax advisers
  • Consider current and future asset allocation
  • Prepare draft recommendation reports
  • Write suitability letters
  • Ensure compliance paperwork is in order
  • Make changes to clients' investments
  • Implement chosen investment strategies
  • Act as main point of contact and communicate with clients
  • Establish strong relationships with clients
  • Organise future planning meetings
  • Send planning figures to clients
  • Initiate review meetings with clients

  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process
  • Able to work within defined business processes
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
  • Prioritize and plan own workload
  • Detailed and accurate
  • Articulate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Broad knowledge of the financial services world
